The Hanukkah event drew roughly 2,000 attendees, though authorities have not confirmed if the attack targeted the gathering. Investigators continue examining all potential motives.
Videos on X also showed police detaining two suspects on a civilian bridge. Earlier footage appeared to show the individuals firing what looked like sniper rifles.
