Media confirmed one person injured in Odesa, with Chornomorsk sustaining the worst damage.

Governor Oleg Kiper said 29,000 residents lost electricity as energy infrastructure failed.

Kiper added crews began restoration work immediately, running critical facilities on generators.

Zelenskyy Highlights Russian Losses

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned Russia’s third major assault this week, warning global pressure remains crucial.

He reported Russian forces suffered “heavy losses” in Pokrovsk, where Moscow concentrates attacks.

Zelenskyy wrote Ukrainian units continue assigned missions in Donetsk, methodically defeating Russian forces.

He added Russia lost over 290,000 soldiers killed or seriously wounded in the first eight months of 2025.
